Elevate 2022 will be held in-person at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Arlington, Virginia. The airline industry conference is held from 10-12 October 2022.

The deadline for registering for Elevate is 26 September 2022.

Unless you’re attending the 13 October Focus Summit customer meetings, you may only need a room for Monday and Tuesday nights (Elevate programming will conclude on Wednesday, 12 October, at about 1630 EDT). Please confirm your accommodation accurately reflects your agenda.

We take the environmental impact of Elevate seriously. That’s why this year, we are managing our environmental footprint by taking more sustainability initiatives than ever before by eliminating single-use plastic water bottles, to-go containers, and utensils and by providing accessible recycling options throughout the conference.

We are also working closely with the Renaissance Hotel staff to ensure food, water, and energy waste is properly managed, and will be donating unused materials to local schools.

While Elevate is free to attend, attendees must provide their own accommodations and travel.

We have preferred hotel rates at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel and at the Residence Inn Capital View Hotel. When you register for the event, you will be directed to the booking information for each hotel.

There is an app for Elevate 2022 that allows you to create your event profile, see your personalized schedule, and stay up to date on news and announcements during the conference. Here's how to download the app:

2. Download the Cvent Events app 
3. Open the app and search for Elevate 2022  
4. Log in with your first name, last name, and email address that you used to register for Elevate

The pandemic is still affecting the world and we recognize you may have concerns about attending Elevate in person. The health and safety of our attendees and staff is our top priority. ATPCO is closely monitoring and following the US government’s COVID-19 regulations and recommendations during the conference. This means that currently, there is no mask or vaccination requirement to attend Elevate 2022. However, we will incorporate various precautions to keep our attendees and staff safe and comfortable without adversely affecting Elevate’s networking opportunities. 

Here’s what we’re doing: 

• Asking all attendees who are eligible (although not required) to be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccines 
• Encouraging all attendees to wear masks (although not required) to fit their level of comfort  
• Asking all attendees to wash their hands frequently, especially before and after meals 
• Providing color-coded stickers for all attendees to add to their registration badge to help communicate their preferred physical distance  during interactions: 
  • Red = Greet from six feet 
  • Yellow = Elbows only 
  • Green = Handshakes and high fives 
• Providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the event space 
• Providing attendees with reusable water bottles  
• Continual and frequent cleaning of all areas by the venue staff 
• Asking any attendees with symptoms of COVID-19 to stay home and follow all recommendations for quarantine/isolation 
• Asking any attendees who recently tested positive or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 to stay home and follow all recommendations for quarantine/isolation 
• Closely monitoring travel guidelines outlined by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Please consult the CDC’s guidelines before traveling. 

If you are not comfortable attending Elevate 2022 in person, don’t worry! All Elevate sessions will be available on demand one week after the conference ends. If you are registered for Elevate, you will get an email with all the details.

The closest airport to the Elevate conference is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), located just 7 miles away from The Renaissance Hotel where the event is hosted. 

You can also fly to Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), located less than 30 miles away from The Renaissance Hotel. 

There are so many things to see, do, and experience in the area near Elevate. Here are some things you can do while you are there:

• Have brunch, visit Old Town, or explore the waterfront in Alexandria
• Walk through museums, paddle in the Potomac, or experience history in DC
