What is Elevate?

Elevate is ATPCO’s annual conference for customers and airline industry professionals. It blends the latest modern airline retailing news with brand new insights that fuel the future of travel from the industry’s top decision-makers and most influential leaders. Prioritizing innovation, collaboration, and industry transformation, Elevate is where data gets taken to new heights.

When is Elevate?

The conference will take place from 7 to 10 April 2025.

Where is Elevate taking place?

The location of the conference is the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel in Chicago, Illinois.

Who can attend Elevate?

Elevate is open to anyone in the travel industry and all ATPCO customers. Anyone can attend the programming planned for the main stage, breakout sessions, evening activities, and evening receptions.

Does Elevate cost anything?

Elevate has a fee of USD 299 per attendee to attend the event. Secure your spot early and save! We have a special early bird rate of USD 199 if you register by 31 January 2025.

How do I register for Elevate?

What is the deadline for registering?

The deadline for registering for Elevate is 25 March 2025.

How do I check to see if I am registered?

After completing the registration form, you should receive a confirmation email from events@atpco.net. Otherwise, register now, and then you’ll receive the confirmation email.

I’ve registered for Elevate. What hotel should I book?

Please book your stay at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel (the event’s venue) to receive ATPCO’s preferred rate.

I’m not receiving any emails about Elevate. What’s going on?

You may have unsubscribed from our emails. To resubscribe to Elevate emails, please contact us at events@atpco.net.

My plans changed. How do I cancel my registration?

We get it! If you need to cancel your registration, please email us at events@atpco.net and we can take care of cancelling your registration. We are unfortunately unable to provide refunds once you’ve purchased your ticket. You can, however, transfer your ticket to another person who would like to attend. Please email us at events@atpco.net if you need to transfer your ticket.

What airport should I fly to?

There are two airports close to the Elevate venue. Chicago Midway International Airport is located approximately 12 miles away and Chicago O’Hare International Airport is about 16 miles away from the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel.

What is the recommended dress code for the conference?

The dress code for the event is smart casual. Though the majority of the event is indoors, a few activities on 7 April will take place outdoors. Please note that Chicago’s weather can be unpredictable in the spring, so please bring a jacket and umbrella in case of inclement weather.

I require audio/visual/mobility accommodations or have a dietary restriction. Whom can I contact?
