Alan has dedicated 30 years to the aviation and transportation industry. Since joining IATA in 2005, he has collaborated with many of the world's leading airlines, both full-service and low-cost carriers, to enhance passenger experiences at airports. Alan spearheaded the launch and widespread adoption of Timatic AutoCheck, revolutionizing the check-in process and improving the airport experience for over 1 billion passengers annually. In his current role, Alan oversees Airline, Airport, and Security products, focusing on developing transformative solutions in areas such as passenger experience, passenger research, industry coding and identifiers, and aviation taxes, fees, and charges at both ticket and airport levels.
