Before United, Glenn led efforts at ZS Associates to help travel companies across the commercial functions of marketing, sales and revenue management, and related areas such as property development, loyalty programs, network planning, and reservations. Before joining ZS Associates, Glenn worked in the offshore oil industry and served as a Military Intelligence officer in the United States Army.
