Nikki manages the access and distribution of air content for FCM globally. Following a secondment at TPConnects, Flight Centre’s NDC aggregator, Nikki is ensuring that corporate customers get access to all relevant content, offline as well as in all their booking tools.

Nikki also chairs the IATA NDC Advisory Forum, representing the voice of managed travel within the industry. Prior to FCM, Nikki delivered the NDC solution for British Airways.
