A career spanning 28 years at Air Canada, my journey began finance, where a deep understanding of the airline’s economic landscape & cost structures is rooted.
I moved into network planning, to optimize Air Canada’s route portfolio and capacity deployment for Domestic and our Transborder network responded dynamically to market demands, competitive pressures, and emerging opportunities.
In the last 20 yrs, moved into Revenue Management roles, leading teams charged with maximizing yield, managing inventory, and developing pricing strategies tailored to diverse market segments. Our team was also responsible for creating and tailoring bundled fares and ancillaries for the various customer segments.
As of Oct 2025, newly added areas of responsibilities for product distribution & payments have been added to my portfolio, which also includes revenues planning, ancillaries & bundles and the science of rm as well. As the industry moves toward modern retailing, our team is focused on delivering offers today and advancing the commercial space into retailing.
