Harald Heichele is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process management and fare distribution services. Currently, he serves as the Head of Distribution Services & Consulting at Lufthansa Process Management GmbH, where he has been leading teams across Germany and Slovakia. Harald is responsible for fare filing services and key customer support. He initiated the LPM fare filing platform LION and supports the development of further IT solutions. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, specializing in marketing, innovation management, and market psychology. Harald is married and has two grown up children.
