Nicole works with travel agencies to support B2B customers in servicing their tickets. She and her team are responsible for leading seven 24/7 Global Sales Support centers around the world. Nicole brings 25+ years of experience as a highly accomplished strategist and business leader. Prior to joining Delta ten years ago, she built an impressive record of achievements and strategic partnerships at WarnerMedia, IBM, Macy’s, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Spelman College, an MBA from Goizueta Business School, and an Executive Coaching Diploma from Emory University.
